Here’s everything you need to know about cancelling your Crunch Fitness membership, including how to do it and what to expect.

Determine your membership type
In order to cancel your Crunch Fitness membership, you’ll need to determine what type of membership you have. If you have a traditional membership, you’ll need to visit your local Crunch Fitness and speak to a manager. If you have a corporate membership, you’ll need to contact your HR department. If you have an online membership, you can cancel yourself by logging into your account and following the instructions.
Gather your account information
In order to cancel your Crunch Fitness membership, you will need to have the following information ready:
-Your full name
-Your email address
-Your phone number
-Your CRN (Customer Reference Number)
-The reason for your cancelling
Once you have this information, you can proceed with cancellation in one of two ways:
-Online: Visit the Crunch Fitness website and log in to your account. From there, you will navigate to the “My Info” tab and select “Cancel Membership.” You will then be prompted to fill out a cancellation form. Be sure to have your account information handy, as well as the reason for cancellation.
-In Person: If you prefer to cancel your membership in person, you can do so by visiting your local Crunch Fitness and speaking with a representative at the front desk. Again, be sure to have your account information on hand, as well as the reason for cancellation.
Call customer service
The best way to cancel your Crunch Fitness membership is to call customer service at 1 (888) 228-0010. Have your membership number handy, as well as your credit card information in case there is a cancellation fee.
Request cancellation
If you wish to cancel your Crunch Fitness membership, you may do so by contacting customer service at 1-888-25-JOIN1. You will be asked to provide your name, address, and date of birth, as well as your Crunch Fitness membership number. You may also be asked to provide a reason for cancellation.
Fill out cancellation form
To cancel your membership, you’ll need to fill out a Cancellation Form and submit it to your gym.

Wait for confirmation
It is important to follow the proper procedures when cancelling a contract with Crunch Fitness. First, you will need to send a certified letter to the company’s headquarters. In the letter, you should include your full name, address, and membership number. You will also need to state the reason for cancellation and your signature. Once the company receives your letter, they will send you a confirmation of your cancellation.

Review your contract
Before you cancel your Crunch Fitness membership, it’s important to review your contract. Depending on the type of contract you have, there may be cancellation fees or other conditions that apply.
If you signed up for a monthly membership, you can usually cancel at any time without penalty. However, some locations require 30 days’ notice. Check your contract for details.
If you have a longer-term contract (for example, six months or a year), you may be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel before the end of the contract period. The amount of the fee will be specified in your contract.
To cancel your membership, you will need to fill out a Cancellation Form and submit it to your home club. You can get the form from the club’s customer service desk or by request from member services.
Get a refund (if applicable)
If you’re hoping to get a refund for any unused portion of your Crunch Fitness membership, you’ll need to reach out to customer service. Depending on your membership type, you may or may not be refunded. For example, some promotional memberships are non-refundable.
