The Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT)
In October 2019, OCS began testing all candidates on the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT). The ACFT replaces the PFT and includes 6 events that measure muscular strength, muscular endurance, power, speed, agility, coordination, balance, and cardiovascular respiratory fitness.
