Simply call the customer service number listed on your membership agreement and inform the representative that you would like to cancel. You may be asked to provide your name, member ID, and contact information to verify your identity and ensure that you are authorized to cancel the membership. Once your identity has been confirmed, the representative will process your cancellation request and provide you with a confirmation number.
Cancelling Online
If you cancel your membership online, the cancellation fee is $58. This fee is charged to cover the cost of the membership kit and other administrative costs.
Stopping Payment
If you cancel your membership, your bank or credit card will continue to be charged the monthly membership fee until you provide notice of cancellation in writing to our Member Services Department at least 3 business days prior to your next scheduled payment date. If you have an outstanding balance on your account, you must pay the full balance before your account can be cancelled.
